8:20 You can only disable safely : Large Send Offload v1 & v2 Ipv4 & ipv6 ; Flow Control ; Interrupt Moderation ; Wake on Magic Packet ; Wake on pattern match. They force the network card to wait and group packets to save energy, which creates latency instead of processing each piece of information instantly (don't disable (cause a lot of issues) : ARP Offload; NS offload ; IPv4 checksum offload ; TCP checksum Offload Ipv4 & Ipv6 ; UDP checksum Offload Ipv4 & Ipv6)

mine is a laptop and after following all the steps my results are:
utilization: 26 to 33%
speed: 2.54 to 3.85 GHz
processes: 193
threads: 2318
handles: 85303

Setting the highest audio quality format uses more processing power and adds latency.

Unfortunately, I was lazy and didn't set a restore point. Loaded into fortnite and everything was pretty good. Got into a game and started getting really bad frame drops. Is there any specific thing that could have done this?

I tried doing everything you said my FPS dropped by 400-500 now I’m only running 100 fps

helped alot, ran 180-200fps and now am running a solid 240 and stable <3

This helped me so much like honestly hopped in to fort had great fps. I also played siege after and i run a good 180 fps on a 240hz monitor, but after these tweakse i wan on 260 pushin 300 on R6. This guy deserves more notice. Amazing vid!!❤

my pc isn’t that good so when I took away performance from my apps like settings it was basically unusable while I had a game open

Gpu scaling is higher latency and input delay vs setting to display scaling. If you are using a high refresh rate monitor just set to display scaling and make sure it's always set to highest refresh rate.

Maybe add disable Nagle Algorythm to Network optimization. Basically stops windows from gathering network packets into a bigger box and instead sends out smaller packets reducing network latency.

So actually my other setup have optimaze in the power supply but way i change installe windows 11 and restart to 0 i didnt set the optimize performances and get the same fps so

this is the best tutorial i have ever seen.

10:00 in Disk Cleanup - make your step and then open it one more time and choose Clean up System files TOO and choose all boxes, there are windows updates and other crap. 👍

What about the enhancement settings in audio? Should I be running bass boost and LE?

when i do command prompt my ms is literally 0ms for all of them but yet when im in fortntite its the only game where im getting 40 in reload and almost 20 ping in creative i dont understand
