Here in 2026, at a point of my life the crossroads, if you will, something thing of this song woke me up. Never heard this music until recently. Needed to hear it. I don't know what it was. I feel like what grabbed my attention was the drummers dynamic voice while playing the drums. I don't know if any understands the gravity of how difficult it is to sing in that straighten arrow of a range and keep holding notes and beats while moving. That's a talent in itself. The other point I needed to make here, while at one my lowest points, I think this hit hard for me. Not going anywhere, cause I have things to live for now. God willing.

People that keep the rhythm of the song also have to sing... the multi tasking is crazy for sure?!

You hear these Skillet songs as kids and you think “that’s a cool song”. You hear them again in 15 years and you break down emotionally. Maybe it’s because you’ve realized how God has been with you every minute of every day in those 15 years. 👊🏻

This bands so criminally underrated

No matter how many days pass, I'll come back to it every day as if it were a drug. This song is brilliant as much as Skillet.

Growing up with Skillet along with every other band from the 90’s to 2000’s is truly a blessing

As a teenager with psychological problems, suicidal tendencies, psychological transitions and low self-esteem I always find refuge in this band in my darkest hours. Even though I'm not sure about the existence of god and I disagree with many of the singer's conservative views, Skillet gives me life. With their songs I express my anger, my sadness, my disappointment and all this paranoia that I live. Songs like The Last Night, Would it Matter, Sick Of It, Awake and Alive, Monster, Not Gonna Die, The Resistance, Good to be alive, what i believe accompany me in my darkest hours with their amazing lyrics still only and with their music. Thank you very much this holy for me band.

Almost 2023 and still very very amazing song stil

Since the very first I've listen to Skillet I realized: "You don't need to be a Christian to listen, and mostly, enjoy this music."
This band was the one who send me into the rock and hard rock music world, and when I look back, I don't regret it a single time. Best rock band ever.

This song is still one of my favorite original Skillet songs to ever exist.
