Dint work for me i used ame etc and it got stuck on MsMpEng could not open process handle access denied, did all of the steps twice and followed them exactly the same way

Only disable iGPU if thermal limit is throtteling the processor. If temps arent a problem its better to keep it active so that when a background task needs a graphics card it doesnt need to use your gaming card and steal your performance.

With the existence of IoT LTSC, i'd avoid using custom tools like the "playbook" but i like that tweakers nowadays keep it fairly simple for the most part. Not seeing random Registry bullshittery with false promises, no data and whatnot is a blessing. The one thing i'd recommend most do is GPEdit > Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Manage updates offered from Windows Update > Double-click "Do not include drivers with Windows Updates" and set it to Enabled. Manually updating the necessary drivers is fairly simple process and i'd much rather manually download them from the source (AMD, Intel etc) than relying on Windows.

PBO shouldn't be set to Motherboard, you should manually tweak PBO. Motherboard will just set Unrealistic values like 1000 PPT for example. And there is other things wrong with your tweaks in the NVIDIA Control Panel as well, such as Maximum Performance instead of Normal Power Management. It`ll unnessesarily keep the GPU stressed when it doesn`t need to be. Even in idle you`ll stay at 1000-2000Mhz Clock and your PC will just eat power. Just leave it on Normal and let the game take the power when it actually needs to and actually uses it.

Maybe, somone got same rig 4060 ryzen 5 7500f , 16gb dual 4700overcloked 5600, mother b850 plus, i got in anc benchmark 509 fps but 1% it was max 191, but more its 180-185etc.. o clocked full bios rams, maybe i jut need upgrade to 32 or x3d please help, i play faceit lvl 10 was 2.4, sometimes i feel very good with spraying fps seems good, but probably my 1% some maps starting to get lower and i lose the same good experience.
