Im casual but I have been doing decent this season, 5% win rate, controller only. I have definitely taken advantage of vending machines, grabbing ammo and shield pots from them and I do money quest almost every game. You can also use the vending machines to give yourself full heal between fights which is cheaper than using your scarce heal pots that I save for like late game when storm is no longer in pov, or 5 people left.

I went in to this season with an open mind about the wave mechanic and I think it is really cool when they mix it up. I've now played about 20 matches and I am looking forward to the return of the Battle Bus; I have been forced to land on the desert side probably 15/20 matches thus far. Finding ammo is the only other annoyance, this chapter is great otherwise.

Thought I would hate the Simpsons mini-season, but...really enjoyed it. And now with chapter 7.....honestly not liking it much. Disappointed. The shotguns are both total crap, aiming with them is wonky on console, other weapons not great either. Surfing in is not preferable, give us the Bus back! None of the POI's are really fun or impressive. Spend most of the game struggling to get ammo and shields. Thought it would be much better. Dang.

Anyone find it more hard to find players even AI to kill?

I don't like the wave, but I get it! It's a great way of spreading people all over the map. I usually don't like a new Season of Fortnite until I get used to it; and then it's ready to change again. But I didn't care for the Simpson's Season and I am loving this season because of the Bosses and Forsaken Vow Blade. The bosses are so easy this Season; not like the past. Some things I like better and some things I don't like. I love the Arc Lightning gun. That, and the Forsaken Vow Blade are my favorites. Good Job Jake

I definitely do not like the new season as much as other seasons. I like the wave but I prefer to be able to land anywhere on the map that I want.

The surfing gimmick is ass. We need the bus back ASAP.

I believe the storm ticks has increased.
Not damage per tick, but its like the ticks happen more often.
I feel like when I get out of storm I have more damage than previous seasons

Not my favourite season. Loved how simple the simpsons was. All the new features this season are just not my cup of tea. ❤

I was very happy about wave thing .. after those few days that is the worst thing so far this seasson

People shouldn’t complain so much. Change is inevitable and helps to make things more interesting. I’m enjoying the chapter so far, good balance of weapons, great map, interesting new mechanics, great mobility. It’s fun!

they need to buff the loot density in so many ways.
- more chests
- more floor loot
- more heals
- more medium-ammo

aspecially the medium ammo is so annoying.
i couldnt play the new chapter as much as other people.
i played like 20 matches. and i think i gotten more than 200 AR bullets in like 3 of the matches.
its insane. even when you kill people they often dont even drop more than 30 bullets

Worst season, good advice

Game is obnoxious to play right now with my minimap constantly getting disabled

The severe shortage of healing and shields is the worst for me. Seems so difficult to avoid taking damage with the arc gun, twin hammers, and the red dot ar and having no ability to fix that feels awful

December 4th battle bus is returning

The starting wave jump sucks. Every drop is a hot drop, which sucks.
Not enough loot/heals, weapon imbalance causing unfair situations (skill issue?! 😂)

I liked the simpsons season so much, I’m trying to love this one too, but…it’s hard too 😢

I knew about glider lock from previous chapters, but I didn't know how it worked over water. That will help a lot.

Bus should be back on 11th

Glide in as far as you can and try to land on a car. Then immediately drive towards the center of the map.

With the amount of shockwaves on the map, dont be afraid to use them to reposition as many times as you need. With the craziness of this early game and first zone, be liberal with your use (within reason)

In duos and squads if you crawl to a van you can climb in and revive yourself

I Prefer the Wave, I like that the center of the map is not all completely, looted when it comes to endgame 😊

I love and prefer the wave landing, yes could be nice if we could pick a part of the beach to land on but i like it much better than the bus, so i vote no more bus. lol
but more ammo would be nice, and I love zero gold for everybody to start. I really like the equality of this season. TY Jake for all you do!
