As an iron player, at least for me, it isn't as easy as people say it is because somehow, the enemy team always picks someone who counters the champions I play and out of the 9 games I've played so far, I only won one of them.

I use locked camera 80% of the time i would say. Currently im emerald 1. If i unlock it will i get diamond? :P

When i do really well, sich as top yone, 15 kills, few deaths, my team seems to just throw the game and it isnt even my fsult, i feel punished when im doing good.

The honest answer is to climb abuse whatever stupidly broken champion that was created by some idiotic change to the game. Then, find another decent player and queue with them to guarantee at least one good partner. This will give you a serious advantage over solo queue.

Then, do the stuff this video says once you hit a wall around gold/plat.

Once you are good, create a new account and try climbing as Ivern. (Starting in true iron Leo hell, no account boosting). Otherwise, you are lying to yourself about your “skill.”

Idk im kinda in deep tilt. I dont even sure if i know anything about this game. Because just i used to not playing ranked games. But recently i started kayne main in jungle, start to lern macro and stuff...
I climbed to Gold 1 pretty quickly. I almost got to Platinum, but then I started losing every game, a never-ending lose streak all the way to Silver 1. I found myself in a situation where no matter how I play, I'm still losing. And even when I win, it doesn't bring any pleasure or meaning, because I'd lost five games before, and now I have to win four more just to get back to where I was. So, I just decided to vent here.

Unfortunately lots of fals claims in this video. I know the shit out of those so-called fundamentals. I have for years. Still, I never managed to escape silver. Meanwhile my friend doesn't know shit like wave controll, priority, timings, tempo... And he consistently hits platin. So yea, none of that adds up with what skill will bring you out of what elo according to this video

I'm so glad you gave Gold + players the recognition they deserve. Too many people have this odd mindset that unless you're Master or higher, then you must be bad at the game, which is not true at all. Being in the top 25% is like being the best player in a 4 man pod of MTG Commander and being in the top 1% of players is like being at the top of your class, which is remarkable.

I think all the advice you have here was spot on. I remember seeing that issue in Diamond; games would get lost because losing side got too passive and stopped taking chances, never giving themselves a chance to get ahead.

22:35 I gotta disagree, my 8 and 2 ashe just used ghost, died and gave a shutdown to ekko just to go 1 for 1, this is heavily depending and hoping the enemy just bashes their head and goes in 4v3 all the time

im not really good at the non-committal fighting and keeping options open but i'm already climbing to masters by just mechanics with like a 5/10 macro knowledge...kinda weird to see that emerald should know what I don't, seems more like a diamond tier knowledge, emerald is such a mixed bag

This season I focused on playing support Senna, and occasional ADC bot lane, and after 2 years of not playing the game at all, I’ve reached diamond after 300 games. I feel like most or the time I play just for the sake of objectives. I didn’t roam much for the sake of ganking and putting pressure on the top side, but I’ve noticed that in diamond and above, you have to do it, in order to win, cause if you don’t the games turns into a 4v3 for the opponents. I also feel like I don’t even pay attention to any of the tips below emerald, and you can overcome these ranks by sinply playing. What you unfortunantely can’t avoid in diamond, from my experience, there’s a boosted guy in 1/3 games, whether it’s yours or the opponent’s team.

Damn all i want to know is how to make the final push from mid master to gm/chall :(

as someone who got out of emerald my advice would be just mute all and never ff ,chances are even if u lose early the other team will throw or dont know how to close the game

I usually don't comment, but I think the practice tip at the beginning of the video is great at every elo. I'm low masters, and I still go into the practice tool to fiddle with jungle clears and champion combos. I don't grind mechanics in the practice tool, but I do use it to try things out so I don't grief a real game instead (purposely o.O).

You forgot to mention that in emerald, once a laner dies, they will continue to fight and die repeatedly until the game is completely unwinnable.
