Any videos on how to go from mid/high masters to gm/chall?

I think the biggest thing that helped me, is "embrace reality" concept.
Syndra is bullshit, her E hitbox is bullshit, many champs are bullshit, many situations are bullshit, im being 3 camped mid while my jungler is farming is bullshit.
My job is to minimise the impact of that bullshit.
The 3 man rotation mid is only worth it if I dont base and just give up a wave. If Viktor wants to zone me from 3 minions farm lvl1, he gets to do that.

Some of these have unintuitive "solutions".
For example on Hwei, I would go full scaling in my runes. I thought I was bad at laning.
Yes, he still loses a lot of matchups (Syndra Viktor are still austrian painter), but depending on whether I need to be stronger early or I think we'll get to scale, I'll pick early game runes.

Ok I have an idea for a tier. Pre-requisite tier. So like laning fundamentals would be there, and match ups could go higher, but I'm a Fiora Top main, so that might dkew my opinion on match up emphasis lol

If your mechanics are bad - pick simple characters, especially ones with CC who can be helpful even from behind. Helped me a lot.
