When I was at least 19 my whole life changed, I have my first panic attack and anxiety during that age. It scarred me for 3 years. Three whole years, I lived under fear and pain. It was like cold flame surrounding my body. I couldn’t bare it and I thought I just wanted to end it.... but I can’t. My heart, my body, my will, they said “No.” I cried to myself....but I kept going. I stood my ground, I keep my head high and said “I will not die.
