"In This World" stands as one of the most timeless and influential tracks in Moby's remarkable catalogue. Originally released almost 24 years ago on the acclaimed album 18, the single became one of his most iconic productions thanks to its emotional piano melodies, lush string arrangements and Jennifer Price's unforgettable vocals.
Now, the timeless classic returns in a brand-new form. Boris Brejcha has created an official remix of "In This World", carefully blending the emotional spirit of the original with his unmistakable signature sound.
There is little debate about Moby's influence on electronic music as we know it today. His productions have inspired generations of artists and helped shape the sound of an entire era. Boris Brejcha himself has long regarded Moby as one of the musicians whose work opened new creative perspectives and inspired him from an early stage of his career.
With that in mind, Brejcha approaches the remix with great respect for the original. The opening section preserves the track's emotional atmosphere, allowing its iconic melodies to shine before gradually evolving into a powerful club interpretation. Driving drums, deep basslines and Boris Brejcha's unmistakable energy transform the song into a peak-time weapon that has already become a standout moment in his recent live sets.
