Great video thank you my ping in RL went from 55-60 down to 35-40, the only thing I would add is by setting prefer max performance via Nvidia globally will keep your GPU hot even when idle or browsing the net ect so it might be better to do it per game.

damn i already had some of these reg tweaks applied, i'm really picky about what i do optimization wise ( been using computers for over 2 decades and then some , old af ) , great video even a year later.

Improved my 3Dmark Fire Strike score from 49000 to 52000 (rounded down to the nearest 1000) on RTX 5080 and R7 7800x3d, from other testing it helped with my bottleneck so thx bro

Great insight. And for anyone who happens to have an AMD motherboard, the "XMP" option is labeled as D.O.C.P., (Direct Overclock Profile), it is the same option just with a different name. Simply hit the drop-down box and change to profile 1 as mentioned in the video. Hope this helps someone!

game changer literally, My friend showed me this and I am sooo grateful, my pc is so much smoother while gaming. Games that were in compatability mode are now able to run in normal mode, and at least a 15% fps increase and ping decrease

after following your guide I went from 80-105 fps to 115-125 fps on the finals, a heavily cpu intensive game, using an i5 11400f.

honestly for me some tweaks made my game worse....my game started lagging and freezing for a few sec. i freaked out and changed responsiveness and win32 back to ogs and it works better for now. ill test more and update

This helped me a lot, I was about to drop $100 on someone else to optimize my PC but after this guide my system runs so much better and I'm getting the FPS boost + stability I was hoping to get. Good stuff man!

just letting you know that doing allat while having steamvr installed breaks your PC and makes all non-VR games freeze and stutter <3 glad the system restore worked!

for some reason i was capped at 327 fps on cs2, now after following this guide step by step i load in and pull 450+ the whole game

I actually got 11 more fps in Space Marine 2 after this vid man thanks! Been tweaking all day long after ive gotten a 5090 this week. This helped tremendously. Whole pc feels smoother. This also fixed a whole bunch of visual glitches i had on my menus and homepage etc. Everything starts up quicker as well. ❤ i dunno if changing the power plan really does anything useful tho. And i still have to test the setting u said is worth to try with different values. 38 for now seems great but we'll see haha
